Many VA firms choose to have various rates for different services which can complicate things and lead to confusion. I believe in making things as simple as possible for my clients which is why I base all project work on a flat rate of $38/hour. Hourly clients are billed two times per month on the 15th and 30th.
To take advantage of discounts off of the regular hourly rate, clients may choose to pay for hours in advance using a prepaid option. Prepaid hours roll over for a period of up to six months.
